Chris’ Cat Rescue, Hornsby was created in 2023 to provide a loving and safe space for lost, abandoned, or homeless cats and kittens in the Hornsby Shire of Sydney, NSW. We are a no-kill rehoming and rehabilitation foster care for cats.
In this post COVID and financial environment, so many cats are being abandoned, dumped, or not desexed, creating a huge problem for our community. My focus is to assist in desexing and rehoming as many of this poor babies as I can.
With the help of a dedicated bunch of volunteers, I strive to get these cats to safety and health, then when ready for it, a loving family home.
- The foster babies are cared for in my home, with the help of my husband, 2 teenage children, 4 cats, and 2 labradors, or with one of my extensive list of foster carers.
- Clean and safe environment with lots of comfortable rest spaces and play zones
- Brilliant group of volunteers who help me and support what I do
